Md. Shah Jamal Choudhury is a dedicated sustainability expert and founder of the Holistic Ecosystem Adaptive Laboratory (HEAL), with over 25 years of experience in climate-resilient agriculture & development across Bangladesh. Serving as a Supply Chain Expert for the PARTNER program and Lead Auditor for Bangladesh GAP, he specializes in bridging international sustainability standards (ISO, ESG, GlobalG.A.P.) with grassroots, community-led innovation. His work focuses on empowering marginalized farmers through Live Laboratory initiatives that integrate renewable energy, water security, and regenerative forestry. As a champion for inclusive development, he actively mentors women, youth, and indigenous communities to ensure they are at the forefront of climate-smart agricultural transitions. He is committed to advancing the Integrity Council’s Core Carbon Principles, bringing a unique blend of technical audit rigor and field-based insights to support high-integrity carbon markets that tangibly benefit local communities.
